Full disclosure: I am an anti-nuker. I marched against. I protested against. I am still committed to decommissioning all nukes. I was Green Party material before it was popular.
This booklet is 68 pages of strategies that obviously have not stopped the Nuclear industry. Three Mile Island was the closest thing that we have experienced in the US to a "full stop" moment. That was 1979. In fact, ironically, I had gone to a late night viewing of the movie "the China Syndrome" the night before and I woke up to that news. It suddenly didn't seem like an only in the movies moment.
